Chromium Copper

Overview
background

Chromium Copper (UNS C18200) & Chromium Zirconium Copper (UNS C18150) are specialty copper alloys, which are heat treated and aged to achieve desired hardness & electrical conductivity of 75% to 85% IACS. They are used in application that requires deformation resistance at high temperatures. These materials have good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. They have good resistance to corrosion and softening at high temperatures.
