ARDh group is one of the producers of copper moulds in India.
A total analysis of current casting conditions is undertaken to recommend improvements in all aspects and parameters to achieve the objectives of increased casting speed and consistent product quality. Indian steel mills operate plants at high output speeds. ARDh products are one of the aids used to achieve these objectives.
The performance requirements that have to be met by moulds and mould materials depend on the specific application and the levels of stress involved. These stress levels are mainly predetermined by the machine, casting alloy and casting parameters, which means that many different cast shapes are needed, depending on the type and construction of the mould.
To optimize the casting process and product quality even more, ARDh offers innovative solutions that can be combined to suit the customer’s specific needs for solving metallurgical or process-related technical problems.
ARDh develops and supplies COPPER LINEAR PLATES FOR PREPARATION OF RECTANGULAR MOULDS REQUIRED FOR STEEL AND ALLOY STEEL CASTINGS OF BILLETS WITH WIDTH 250 TO 500 MM., THIKNESS 50 TO 150 MM.AND LENGTH UPTO 1500 MM. Apart from the whole range of mould tube geometries and dimensions in use today - from small rectangular or square to straight or curved tubes right through to larger format of standard mould tubes.
